Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Presage collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to this website and to the way we work with client data during an engagement.

What we collect from visitors

When you book a call, the scheduling form is provided by Calendly and collects your name, email address, and any notes you choose to add. We use that information to hold the call and to follow up afterwards. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the booking widget from Calendly; each of those services may set its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we access during an engagement

To do the work, Presage is granted access to client platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify. Those platforms contain your customers' personal data: names, email addresses, phone numbers, order history, and engagement data. We access that data only to plan, build, and measure your retention program, under the scope and access level you grant, and under a signed data processing agreement where one is required.

How data is used and shared

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one client's customer data to benefit another. Customer data stays inside your own platform accounts; we do not export it to systems we control beyond what is needed for reporting to you. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the engagement, and only to the extent required.

Retention

Booking and correspondence records are kept for as long as they are useful for the relationship and then deleted. Access to client platforms is revoked when an engagement ends. Any reporting exports we hold are deleted within ninety days of the engagement ending unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time. For your customers' data, requests should go to you as the account owner; we will assist promptly with anything that involves the work we have done.
